Panther Pediatric Dentistry is transitioning into a referral-based practice for children ages 3 to 12 years of age who require comprehensive dental care to be completed under general anesthesia. As Euclid’s Leading Sedation Location, Panther Pediatric Dentistry is committed to helping address the limited access to dental care concerns for children in Northeast Ohio and beyond. Children can be referred to us by a dentist, a medical professional, or even a parent to be evaluated for our in-office sedation dentistry services.

Dr. Kari and the Panther Pride at Panther Pediatric Dentistry strive to make a difference by serving as a resource and support system for parents and caregivers so their children can achieve optimal oral and overall health.
Dr. Kari works with referral partners to provide comprehensive care to children by removing sources of infection and treating tooth decay while working to restore form and function and improve the quality of life for Panther Cubs and their families.
Establishing a Dental Home
While Panther Pediatric Dentistry is transitioning into a referral-based practice focused on sedation dentistry, it is important for children and their families to establish and maintain a dental home. A pediatric dental home will provide comprehensive, ongoing, diagnostic, preventive, and restorative services to infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends establishing a dental home by your child’s first birthday.
A family dentist or a general dentist is able to provide diagnostic, preventive, and restorative services to members of the entire family. If a child has dental needs that would require them to be asleep to complete safely, they may be referred to a place like Panther Pediatric Dentistry – Euclid’s Leading Sedation Location for comprehensive care. Once treatment has been completed, patients will be encouraged to return to their dental home for regular checkups and routine cleanings.
